Have I mentioned we are without the car this week? I don't think I have, so yeah let me rant about that for a few sentences, so I can get it all out. WE DON'T HAVE OUR CAR (ITS IN THE SHOP!!!!) AND OUR GATORS LIVE A GAZILLION MILES AWAY FROM US. Ok, ya, built my bridge and I'm over it. I think I have lost a few pounds this week, which is a *blessing* considering we have had rice with every flippin meal.
That was my pessimistic paragraph, but truly I am so grateful for the good ole iron horse. We are able to talk to a lot of people that way, so that's been a bonus. I'm also grateful for rice. Always grateful for rice.
I had a way cool experience at one of new investigators house yesterday that I want to share. So this lady, Hna. E, was a referral from the English sisters and so we went and visited and wow. Super golden. Yesterday we shared the Restoration with her accompanied with the movie and I don't know if it was a mixture of listening to general conference and my gratitude for my mission, but I was really feeling the spirit and I know she was as well. I know that there is a living day prophet on the earth today testifying of our Savior, Jesus Christ, along with his apostles. I also know that there is such a thing as Joseph Smith and the fullness of the gospel of Christ was restored to the earth, that with this knowledge we can know our purpose and our potential as His children here on earth. And if you don't believe any of these things, then test God and see how you fit into His plan. He's real and He hears our prayers.
