Guess what? Transfers are here and guess what again? I am going back to Kissimmee and I couldn't be more excited. We were still managing to work down there for a day each week, but it was not the same.
I am not sure if I have mentioned her before, but her name is Maria, she is the one who we had to chase down the chihuahua for. She is the best! She has had quite the amount of missionaries teach her, but has always felt that she wasn't ready to be baptized. Well this week we were going to visit her, but she said she was really sick. We called an awesome family in the ward and the husband and another brother were able to give her a blessing. She called us the next day and told us her experience she had and it was just the spiritual experience she needed to want to be baptized. She said she isn't ready this week, but we are shooting for the first few weeks in June. She is a woman of strong faith and her daughter is the sweetest thing. Some people can just love people without thinking twice, she is one of those people. *Random act of kindness: we had a really bad storm the other day and she called to warn us that there was going to be a tornado in a nearby city... she then continued to tell us to tell all the missionaries we know* Good ole Maria. Seriously, I love her.
We have had so many miracles this week with part member families and Lake Nona is about to have quite the number of baptisms. Then after baptisms they will be able to be sealed for all eternity. I LOVE THIS GOSPEL.
I am trying really hard to not have yet another lame email home, but it looks like that might be the case. Everyday I am seeing the Lord's hand in my life and I wish I could share every blessing I witness and every miracle I see, but I just don't have that much time.
So yeah.... until next time....
